Swarup Mukherjee
Swarup, Heads the Manpower Recruitment Division for All of India, besides looking into the Systems, Operations & Administrative Affairs of the Organization.

In addition to the above, Swarup is also directly responsible for theTraining business for the Delhi - NCR in collaboration with iExpert, Bangalore, to provide the very best of Solutions to Corporates in terms of Specific Result-Oriented Training Needs.

Swarup has over 18 years of experience in varied industries including Industrial Selling, Search and Selection and Training, having worked with the leaders in the industry like ABC Consultants (as Sr. Consultant) and NIS Sparta Ltd (as Head of Faculty). His last assignment was for 5 years as CEO and Executive Director of Asia Pacific Region of a US based Software subsidiary.

THE CORE MANAGEMENT TEAM

Trinayani Goswami
Trinayani, Heads our Non IT vertical for our Manpower Recruitment Division. An old hand in the Hiring business, she specialises in mid and senior level positions and has the ability to handle even critical technical assignments 

Trinayani, MBA from SIMS, started her career with ABC Consultants a decade ago, in Kolkata, before joining the Oberoi Grand in their HR Dept at Kolkata. She was subsequently promoted as Mgr-HR and her last assignment was at the Oberoi's property at Jaipur.

Dola  
Dola, Heads the IT Vertical for our Manpower Recruitment Division for All India, having an excellent understanding of the ERP manpower market and the ability to build critical relationships even with non - ERP IT clients.
 
After stints in NBFCs' like Srei International, Dola spent about 10 years of her career with Organon , a pharmaceutical MNC, in MIS and Sales Support function. She joined us in 2004 and have since then slowly specialised in handling IT clients 

Ashok
Ashok, handles the Manpower Recruitment for East, being based out of Kolkata. He also heads our Commercial and Accounts function, handling all statutory requirements of the Co, being based out of our Registered Office at Kolkata.

Ashok, has had stints in Organizations like Berger Paints and IFB Inds for over two Decades, primarily in Commercial function.

Sanghamitra  
Sanghamitra, Heads our Southern Region, for our Recruitment and Hiring business. 
Sanghamitra has about 18 years of professional experience in organizations like NIIT and then at SQL Star. She started her own Training Co about 4 years back in 2002 and has also agreed to join us on our Board for looking after our interest in Southern India.
