Swarup, Heads the Manpower Recruitment Division for All of India, besides looking into the Systems, Operations & Administrative Affairs of the Organization.

In addition to the above, Swarup is also directly responsible for the Training business for the Company to provide the very best of Solutions to Corporates in terms of Specific Result-Oriented Training Needs.

Swarup has over 18 years of experience in varied industries including Industrial Selling, Search and Selection and Training, having worked with the leaders in the industry like ABC Consultants (as Sr. Consultant) and NIS Sparta Ltd (as Head of Faculty). His last assignment was for 5 years as CEO and Executive Director of Asia Pacific Region of a US based Software subsidiary.
